LHOA Board Elections

Board Elections for Lake Hollyhill Acres are governed by our Bylaws, which may be found on our Documents page. The vote is supposed to be by hidden ballot, however, absentee ballots are allowed. 

The Nominating Committee consists of two or more Members in good standing chosen by the Board to handle the nominations process and count ballots.

There is to be a General (Annual) Meeting held to vote and count ballots. The meeting will be May 17, 5pm at the park pavilion. Each members should receive a Voter ID Number (VIN) and ballot by mail at least 30 days before the meeting. You can turn in your ballot at the meeting, send by mail, or submit to the Secretary below or by emailing secretary.lhoa.pltx@gmail.com. Remember to include your Voter ID!! The Voter ID list, which matches the ID Number to each Member/address, will be available only to the President. The list of valid Voter IDs without identifiers is given to the Secretary who will keep track of received votes by Voter ID. The ballots themselves have no identifying marks and will be counted by the nomination committee.
