The Community Workday was a success - turnout was lower than hoped for, but we got a lot done - the new fence was given a coat of paint and almost half the dam was cleared. Many thanks to Members who helped out.

A dumpster will be on-site at the park for community use until Friday the 10th or until it is full.

As we move towards adopting our new Dues Collection Policy, we are offering to waive penalties on those in arrears who pay in full or set up a payment plan withing the 45 days. After this grace period, the full penalty of 10% per year of arrears will be charged and the collection policy will be enforced. Letters to this effect with account statements will be sent to all those affected in the coming weeks. 

Please include at least one self-identifying response - lot & block number or address - so we know you are a legitimate member of the HOA. If we get spammed with unidentified responses, we may need to remove them from consideration, because this is an open website and anyone could respond.

The Board has adopted an official Policy for Enforcement of Deed Restrictions and Covenants. The policy involves a warning letter and investigation, an official Notice of Violation giving 30 days notice and a hearing prior to seeking any court order or punitive action as required by Texas law. This updates a policy that was in existence since 2009.

A plain reading of our Bylaws would indicate that our Annual Dues are mandatory, yet somehow we have delinquencies of over $15,000 in dues and late fees since 2021. We are developing a Dues Collection Policy to deal with this. Per Texas law, a payment plan will be offered to those who need time to catch up. At the same time, we will establish a fund to pay the dues of those who can truly demonstrate an inability to pay due to financial hardship.

Regular Board meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Monday of each month at the Park Pavilion @6pm until further notice. All Members are welcome. If you want to address the Board and Membership, please let us know before the meeting.
